Everything I have built and shipped.

These started as things I wanted to exist. Some stayed side projects; two became real businesses with billing attached. All of them were scoped, designed, built and put live by me, working closely with AI tooling throughout.

They are grouped honestly rather than flattered. Two have paying customers. Several are solid tools in daily use. The rest are experiments, and I have labelled them as such.

I have carried a P&L. It changes how you build.

Most people who build software for you have never had to sell it, staff it or defend its cost in a review. I have spent twelve years doing exactly that — which means I start from the business question, not the feature list.

What does this have to earn? Who has to use it every single day? What can be cut without anyone noticing? Then I build the smallest thing that answers those properly, get it live, and keep it live.

My day job is business development in electric mobility, where I have spent twelve years carrying a P&L and selling to enterprises. That is a separate career from this one, but it is why I start from the business question rather than the feature list — and why I will tell you early when a feature is not worth building, when a deadline is not real, and when a simpler version would do the job.
